Highlights619: I think the use of widescreen could have been a very good idea that gave your video a nice sleek look and also helped remove the various wwe logos. However, your cut was very bad to the point where it felt like you were trying to cover up somebodies name in the corner. That may not be the case, but either way it was horrible for you to cut off half of the wwe logo and leave the rest of the thing in there. The timing was not very good. The use of a promo to build it didn't pay off in the way you used it. The song editing was horrible, and I personally don't think the song fit the story of the match at all (I won't count the song choice against you though. I am not a highlighter and I have a few different views on how things should be done.) Lastly your video just felt like it dragged on way too long.
TheGeFreak Proudctions: I actually enjoyed your video. I wish you would have created your own promo to hype up the action, but the way you used their normal promos was done in a good enough way that it wasn't intolerable. The video overall was actually pretty good. I liked the clip changes and black flashes on beats. Those are two things that while you can make a great video without them, they still tend to improve almost any video they are used in. I will say that I did hate when you went pure black just before the instrumental. I understand what you were going for, but there are much better ways it could have been handled. For example you could have shown some shots of their faces to help show the stress the match was taking on them then the instrumental would have helped bring out the intensity that they needed to try to win the match. Whether it be by coincidence or by choice, I did hear a little bit of lyric association in your video that helped the story of the match get conveyed.
Winner: This is a very easy choice for me to make, TheGeFreak Productions.
